Our entertainment was Ian Preston. We had originally thought that a band
would be best for our crowd but when Sonya supplied us with the list of entertainers
we choose Ian for a couple of reasons. He has a website that had loads of
videos of his other weddings and entertainment work and we instantly got a
good vibe from him. He just came across as a real fun entertainer and we were
sold by his Rat Pack routine which would provide us with a band like atmosphere
for after the meal and he then changes to his DJ set so we felt like we were
getting the best of both worlds!
On the day Ian arrived on time. From the moment he came and introduced
himself to us he came across just as we had hoped. He was in his Rat Pack
tuxedo and began as MC for the night. He went around each and every table
after the meal and spoke to the guests asking what music they liked and taking
requests. He then introduced the speeches and the cutting of the cake, then
he done his swing set and everybody joined in to dance on the terrace. We
danced away until midnight and the atmosphere was amazing! At midnight we
all moved down to the Yupi bar and Ian set up as DJ and he really kept the
crowd going by playing a lot of the songs we had asked for in advance and
his own excellent choices. Ian really impressed us and we were so happy we
chose him. All our guests commented on his unique, one man show from the swing
set down to the DJ set, he was a complete crowd pleaser and he really knows
his stuff!

I just wanted to mail to say thank you so much for the wonderful job you
did for us at the wedding on Monday. We couldn´t have asked for better,
more appropriate music. I dont think I´ve ever seen all my aunts and
uncles last as late into a night - once the DJ starts that´s normally
their cue to head towards bed. I never thought when we were planning a wedding
in Spain that I´d have to ask the DJ to please play a bad song halfway
through the night just so I could sit down and have a rest!! My poor legs
didn´t know what hit them.
Thanks so much again, and I hope all goes well with the new arrival in
a few months. If you are looking for some relaxation here isdefinitey the

Thank you so much for making our wedding day
so perfect.
We had a ball and so did our 90 guests.The whole day was brilliant from
start to finish and most of that was down to you.
You coordinated the evening so well with your singing, choice of music
and constant interaction with all our guests.
They are still talking about you now and they all want to know do you travel
and can you do gigs in Ireland.
You are a consummate professional and a brilliant entertainer.
We will never be able to thank you enough, but you know how much we appreciated
all you did for us on our wedding day.

When I speak of you, I describe you as an entertainer because you know exactly how to work a room that ranges the extremes of age and nationality and you know how to make them happy. Better still, you know how to get them out of their seats and onto the dance floor! Most functions I go to, the dance floor looks as vacant as the expression on Paris Hilton's face. Now, whether that's due to a poor selection of music or the fact that it's played so loud people lose their equilibrium and fear falling over should they dare stand up, I don't know, but I'm thinking it's a fair dose of both. When you were up singing (excellently!) or playing a track, all I could see were smiles and dancing feet. When I was too tired to dance, I found I could hold a conversation without losing my voice ... and we were seated close to you! You even know how to get the hams involved! Though I understand it's a bother when you have to start breaking down the equipment and you have nothing but Dawn of the Drunks stalking you to play "just one more" song, I think it's a testament to how awesome your talents are. I have been to A LOT of functions and I have NEVER seen that happen before. You are nothing short of amazing.
Of course, I can't finish this off without thanking you for making the evening very easy for me, so I thank you. I wish you continued success and every happiness! You're AWESOME!!!

I am just back from our wedding. We where married in Nerja 16th May 2008, and I would recomend it to anyone. We had 75 guests, got married at 4oclock in La Iglesia de san Antonio in Frigiliana, had a cava reception outside church while we had pictures taken and then coach transported all the guests to Tores de san Juan, Nerja for reception had another rooftop reception and canapes, had a Tunos band playing to keep the guests entertained and they where amazing, food nad staff in the Torres was fantastic and then we headed to ground level, niteclub area where we had Flamenco dancers and dj Ian Preston who was just the buisness he had everyone on the floor. All the guests had a great time and they are still talking about it. We even have friends who have decided to getting married next year and do exaclty the same as us. So that was one of the biggest compliments.

Hi, had the most amazing day ever!!
Santo cristo church is so beautiful and thought i would be so nervous walking up the aisle but wasn't at all. think the few glasses of champagne helped!! the reception in the hotel was amazing. everyone said it was the best wedding they had been to. the dj was excellent Ian preston and we had Tunos to start with. i had a little dance to them when i came back from the photos. kerry from celebrations in spain organised everything so well so really i did very little planning for the big day!!

We got married this year in Nerja. We had our ceremony at El Salvador church which is beautiful and the reception at Hotel Marinas de Nerja at the Beach Club. It was the perfect setting for the meal. The food was fantastic. We had Ian Preston as our DJ with his swing set which was a great way to end the day. The last guests finally went to bed at 5am!!! Our guests are still raving about the day.

He's young (think about 29), shows up smartly dressed to fit in with your guests, has a great selection of music and welcomes requests (our friends had him hounded and nothing was a problem for him), he's not like your usual DJ that loves the sound of his own voice and talks all over the music.. If you want a really lively party with loads of dancing I
would HIGHLY recommend him.

Wasn't the DJ fantastic' is usually the first thing said when anybody mentions our wedding. For four hours Ian had the place hopping, literally. Apart from the excellent music, he put on a great show and really got everyone involved. (it helps when he's as daft as a brush!!)

On 'Le Big Day' the muscians were fantastic, we had a 6 piece latin band that were so professional and vibrant that the dance floor was full until the early hours.
