Ian Preston is a hugely experienced Dj who maintains a professional attitude and manner from setting up the equipment at a convenient time, dressing appropriately and behaving in a discreet, polite and respectful manner to all the guests, and recognising that this is the most important day for every couple.

Play lists are always welcome but more advisable is to send Ian in advance a few favorite or must play songs, and some do not play songs. From this Ian will be able to ascertain the type of music you are keen on, or songs that have a lot of meaning to you that you will be pleased to hear on the night.

Ian is not just a dj but also a singer, he was in an ABBA tribute band in 2006 and more recently has been a guest singer with Marbella Big Band. At weddings he performs a ‘Rat Pack’ style swing set with his own unique twist, as he sings many modern songs in a swing style. This is becoming increasingly popular and works particularly well at weddings as its good music to dance to and is enjoyed by all ages.

Ian is also pleased to offer another service of Toast Master duties which can help to coordinate things such as directing guests when its time to be seated and cutting of the cake, and really helps to keep the evening running smoothly.

If all his services were booked for the night, Ian would arrive to set up his equipment. He will provide back ground music while your guests arrive at the reception. Depending on when the speeches will be he will announce each person making a speech and will announce the cutting of the cake. He will perform the first part of the rat pack set after the meal.
